Acceptable Use Policy

Conduct that is prohibited on Yangu Systems services.

Prohibited activity

  • Illegal activity, or use that facilitates a breach of applicable law.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting individuals or groups.
  • Fraud, deception, impersonation of real people or organisations.
  • Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or deceptive outreach.
  • Malware, ransomware, or distribution of malicious code.
  • Unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping or attempting to extract model prompts or source code.
  • Copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property infringement.
  • Harmful AI use — generating disinformation, non-consensual content, discriminatory automated decisions, or content that endangers people.
  • Abuse of simulations — presenting simulated conversations, scores or forecasts as real results to customers, investors or regulators.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, feature restriction, suspension or termination, and referral to authorities where required. We aim to give notice and an opportunity to remedy where it is safe and lawful to do so.
